The outer skin is formed from 2.5 mm single-skin aluminum veneer treated with a metallic fluorocarbon baked-paint process. Fluorocarbon (PVDF) coatings are industry-standard for architectural aluminum because they resist UV degradation, acid rain, industrial pollution, and temperature cycling — all while remaining easy to wipe clean. The result is a shell that never rusts, retains its finish for decades, and requires minimal maintenance.
The generous floor-to-ceiling window system uses toughened Low-Emissivity glass in a 6 mm – 12 mm air gap – 6 mm configuration. Low-E coatings reflect infrared heat while admitting visible light, keeping the interior cool in summer and warm in winter. The completed cabin ships as a single finished unit in a 40-foot flat-rack or frame container. Arrives ready to use — crane off, level, connect utilities. Best for single-unit purchases or where on-site skilled labour is limited. Higher freight cost due to 2.25 m cabin width.
The cabin is disassembled into panels and modules for cost-effective packing into standard containers — ideal for bulk orders. Professional assembly is required on arrival. Cymdin can dispatch a factory engineer or connect buyers with regional agents in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Australia.

Payment is by T/T telegraphic transfer: 50% deposit before production, with the 50% balance before dispatch. Special arrangements can be negotiated for large-volume or repeat orders.
